DESCRIPTION:Legal Notice \nThe following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz\, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk\, Licking County: \nThe Liberty Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Monday\, June 9th\, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building\, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW\, Johnstown\, Ohio 43031. \nThe nature and purpose of said meeting is to hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Resolution\, known as Update 2025-02\, modifying the following sections: Section 515 Notice of Public Hearing in Newspaper; Section 524 Procedure for Hearing\, Notice; Section 609 Notice of Public Hearing in Newspaper; Section 610 Notice to Property Owners by Zoning Commission; Section 612 Public Hearing by Board of Township Trustees; Section 1213 Notice of Public Hearing by Newspaper and Section 1214 Notice to property Owners by Zoning Commission. \nAt the conclusion of the Trustee’s public hearing\, the board may approve\, modify or deny the zoning text amendment. \nThe proposed amendment will be available for examination no later than May 26th by contacting Melodie at 614.209.5391 or mbogantzlibertytwpzoningclerk@gmail.com\, or by clicking on the link below: \nPROPOSED CHANGES
