DESCRIPTION:The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz\, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk\, Licking County: \nThe Liberty Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing & Meeting on Wednesday\, July 24th\, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liberty Township Hall\, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW\, Johnstown\, Ohio 43031. \nThe nature and purpose of said meeting is to hold a public hearing on three proposed amendments to the Zoning Resolution\, summarized as follows: 2024-01 would allow residential ground mounted solar; 2024-02 would update Section 512 Application and Standards for Variances; 2024-03 would clarify Section 1106 Setbacks for Public and Quasi-public Signs and to take any action related to the amendments. \nAfter the conclusion of the Zoning Commission’s hearing\, the matter will be submitted to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees for its action. \nThe proposed amendments will be available for examination beginning July 10th at the township hall\, by contacting Melodie at 614.209.5391 or mbogantzlibertytwpzoningclerk@gmail.com. \nPROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENTS
