The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 20, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Administration Building at 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
Case Number 2025-VAR-006: This application for a variance was filed by Richard Miller for Ironman Storage, LLC, at 7230 Johnstown-Utica Road, Johnstown, Ohio. It requests a variance for the purpose of constructing a building within the 25 ft side setback as is required by the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution.
