The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 25th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Administration Building at 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
This hearing is for Case Number 2026-VAR-002 which was filed by Linda Chambers, 895 Howell Drive, Newark, OH, for Frances Messer owner of 6337 Castle Road, Johnstown, OH. The application requests a variance from the provisions of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution to allow a lot split that does not conform with the width requirement throughout the depth of the lot.
A variance for this parcel has been denied in the past, but modifications to the plan have been made.
