Public Hearing – The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals to Consider Variance Application 2026-VAR-001

LEGAL NOTICE:
The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on March 26th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Administration Building at 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031. This hearing is for Case Number 2026-VAR-001 which was filed by Braden Hubbard, 6320 Nichols Lane, Johnstown, OH, for Martin Olsen owner of 7931 Concord Rd Road, Johnstown, OH. The application requests a variance from the provisions of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution to allow a structure less than 100 feet from the centerline of the road.
