PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Commission

The Liberty Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing & Meeting on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
The nature and purpose of said meeting is to solicit and receive public input on a proposed change to the Zoning Resolution. This change, known as Update 2025-01, would modify the following Sections of the Zoning Resolution:
Section 302 Approval of Zoning Permit, Section 509 Appeals, and Section 514 Public Hearing by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
