The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk, Licking County:
The Liberty Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing at their regular meeting on Monday, Sept 9th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Liberty Township Hall, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
The nature and purpose of said meeting is to hold a public hearing on three proposed amendments to the Zoning Resolution, summarized as follows: 2024-01 would allow residential ground mounted solar; 2024-02 would update Sections 200, 511, 512 relating to applications and standards for variances; 2024-03 would clarify Section 1106 Setbacks for Public and Quasi-public Signs.
At the conclusion of the Trustee’s public hearing, the board may approve, modify or deny the zoning text amendments.
