The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk, Licking County:

The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Hearing on December 6th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Liberty Township House, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.

The purpose of this hearing is for a Conditional Use Permit for two parcels at/near 8878 Harmony Church Road and 9717 Crouse Willison, identified as Case Numbers 2023-CUP-001 and 2023-CUP-002, filed by Andrew Humphrey, Mark and Linda Harger, and Heavenbound Enterprises LLC (DBA Heavenbound Aviation).
