NOTICE: Public Hearing – Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) – 09/13/2023 @ 6:30pm (posted 09/04/2023)
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Liberty Township, Licking County, Ohio, will hold a Meeting and Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, beginning at 6:30 P.M. at the Liberty Township Building, 6290 Sportsman Club Road, NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
The nature and purpose of said Meeting and Hearing is to consider an appeal related to 6252 Johnstown-Utica Road, Johnstown, Ohio 43031, seeking allowance of an Outdoor Advertising-“Off Premises†sign on said premises; to elicit public comment and input on that subject; to engage in discussions and deliberations among members of the Board of Zoning Appeals on matters at issue thereto; and ultimately for the Board to render a decision and determination on the appeal.
