The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 13th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031 to consider the following:
Case Number 2024-CUP-002: an application for a Conditional Use Permit filed by Inalee Tan for the property located at for 4863 Sportsman Club Road, Johnstown, Ohio. This application is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow for 36 Wedding, Graduation and Special Events for a maximum of 150 people per event.
