NOTICE – PUBLIC HEARING – Liberty Township Trustees – 01/08/2024 (posted 12/28/2023)

The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk, Licking County:

The Liberty Trustees will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting on Monday, January 8th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Liberty Township Building, 6290 Sportsman Club Road, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.

The nature and purpose of said meeting is to solicit and receive public input on rezoning of 6252 Johnstown-Utica Road, Johnstown, OH, from Agricultural District to Local Business District, and engage in discussions among members of the board on this subject.

The Liberty Township Board of Trustees will make a decision on the rezoning within 20 days of the public hearing.
