The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 23, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Administration Building at 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
Case Number 2025-VAR-001 (reconsideration): Applicant Christian
Solomona has requested a reconsideration of this application for a variance
for 9821 Cooper Road, Johnstown, Ohio. The BZA previously denied the
variance request to allow parking and storing of RVs on the property and
use of those RV spots/connections for additional residential premises to
provide off-site work housing.
In accordance with Ohio law, the BZA will hold a public hearing to reconsider the variance request. The BZA may, but is not required to, overturn its prior decision denying the application. If the BZA does not approve the variance, the previous denial will stand as the BZA’s decision in this matter.
