NOTICE: Public Hearing – Zoning Commission Proposed Changes – 07/28/2023 @ 6:30pm (posted 07/09/2023)
The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk, Licking County, Ohio:
The Liberty Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing & Meeting on Friday, July 28th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Liberty Township Building, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031. The nature and purpose of said meeting is to solicit and receive public input on two zoning resolution updates, and engage in discussions among members of the commission on this subject: 1) adding private airport as a conditional use in AG district. 2) adding mini-storage facility as a conditional use in LB district.Â
After consideration by the Zoning Commission, the matter will be referred to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees.
