OHIO TOWNSHIP ASSOCIATION NOTICE OF “OPEN MEETINGS ACT CHANGES” (posted 3/25/2020)

The General Assembly recently made changes to Ohio’s Open Meetings Act in response to the COVID-19 outbreak (HB 197). It is important to note that these changes are temporary, in effect from now until the end of the Governor’s declared state of emergency or December 1, 2020 (whichever comes first).   Read details here!
