The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk, Licking County:
The Liberty Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at their regular meeting on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liberty Township Hall, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
The nature and purpose of said meeting is to hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Resolution Section 812 Heavy Industrial District (HI).
After the conclusion of the Zoning Commission’s hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees for its action.
