The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk, Licking County:
The Liberty Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing & Meeting on Wednesday, July 24th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liberty Township Hall, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
The nature and purpose of said meeting is to hold a public hearing on three proposed amendments to the Zoning Resolution, summarized as follows: 2024-01 would allow residential ground mounted solar; 2024-02 would update Section 512 Application and Standards for Variances; 2024-03 would clarify Section 1106 Setbacks for Public and Quasi-public Signs and to take any action related to the amendments.
After the conclusion of the Zoning Commission’s hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees for its action.
