SPECIAL MEETING – Liberty Township Board of Trustees – 11/08/2023 @ 6:00pm  (posted 11/05/2023)

The Liberty Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. to be held at the Licking County Commissioners Meeting Room, located at 20 South 2nd St., Newark, OH 43055.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Liberty Township resolution requesting the County Commissioners to create an large solar facility exclusionary zone in Liberty Township pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 303.58, and to take any actions deemed necessary and desirable in connection with that purpose and the Commissioner’s hearing on the matter.

This meeting coincides with the with the Licking County Board of Commissioners’ Public Hearing on the same matter.
