The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz, the
Liberty Township Zoning Clerk, Licking County:
The Liberty Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing & Meeting on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Liberty Township Building, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
The nature and purpose of said meeting is to solicit and receive public input on rezoning of 6252 Johnstown-Utica Road, Johnstown, OH, from Agricultural District to Local Business District, and engage in discussions among members of the Commission on this subject. After consideration by the Zoning Commission, the matter will be referred to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees.
