LEGAL NOTICE:
The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on August 27th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Administration Building at 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
This hearing is for Case Number 2026-VAR-003 which was filed by Miles Hartley, of 823 E. Long Street, Columbus, OH 43203, Representative for H. R. C. Property Development LLC, the owner of the property located at 7826 Johnstown- Utica Road, Johnstown, OH, 43031. The application requests a variance from the provisions of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution to allow a lot split that does not conform with the minimum area requirement of 2.75 acres per lot.
