The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk, Licking County:
The Liberty Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing at their regular meeting on Monday, Sept 9th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Liberty Township Hall, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.

The nature and purpose of said meeting is to hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Resolution, 2024-04 which would modify Section 812 Heavy Industrial District in the Zoning Resolution.

At the conclusion of the Trustee’s public hearing, the board may approve, modify or deny the zoning text amendment.
