The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk, Licking County:
The Liberty Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 31st, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
The nature and purpose of said meeting is to hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Resolution modifying the following sections:
Section 302 Approval of Zoning Permit,
Section 514 Public Hearing by the Board of Zoning Appeals,
Section 509 Appeals,
Section 1214 Notice to Property Owners by Zoning Commission.
At the conclusion of the Trustee’s public hearing, the board may approve, modify or deny the zoning text amendment.
