Case Number 2025-VAR-001:
This application for a variance was filed by Christian Solomona for 9821 Cooper Road, Johnstown, Ohio. It requests permission to park and store RVs on the property and use those RV spots/connections for additional residential premises to provide off-site work housing.
Case Number 2025-VAR-002:
This application for a variance was filed by Heath Bullock for 8201 Northridge Road, Johnstown, Ohio. It requests a variance for the purpose of constructing a building within the 100 ft front setback as is required by the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution.
