Case Number 2025-A-001: This appeal of a violation was filed by Connie Klema, Attorney, for Michael & Christina Blenk for the property at 6895 Sportsman Club Road, Johnstown, Ohio. The violation states that the Blenks are operating a Venue Center which is not a permitted or conditionally permitted use in the Agriculture District in Liberty Township. Connie Klema filed the appeal concerning the interpretation of the Zoning Code.
