The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 4th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031 to consider the following:
Case Number 2024-VAR-001: an application for a variance filed by John Pfister for 5753 Stone Quarry Road, Johnstown, Ohio. This application requests a variance for the purpose of building an accessory building 75 feet from the road instead of 100 feet as allowed in the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution.
