The following public legal notice is hereby given by Melodie Bogantz, the Liberty Township Zoning Clerk, Licking County:

The Liberty Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing & Meeting on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 6290 Sportsman Club Road NW, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.

The nature and purpose of said meeting is to solicit and receive public input on rezoning of 8116 Johnstown-Utica Road, Johnstown, OH, owned by Jacob Anstaett, from Agricultural District to General Business District, and engage in discussions among members of the Commission on this subject.

This application proposes to amend the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution by amending the Liberty Township Zoning Map. After the conclusion of the public hearing, the matter will be referred to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees for its action.
