Meeting Agendas and Minutes

Every attempt will be made to publish agendas twenty-four hours prior to a scheduled meeting. Please be aware that agenda items could be added at the last minute and may not appear in the pre-meeting posting.

Minutes will be published after they are reviewed and approved at the following meeting.

​For example, January minutes will not be posted until after the minutes are reviewed and approved at the February meeting. If the link is not active, the minutes have not yet been approved.
